个人税
- 个人将成为马来西亚的税务居民，基于他/她在马来西亚的天数，与其它因素。
- 税务居民将按比例征税; 非税务居民将按统一税率征税。
- 免税示例：
- 非税务居民个人在一个日历年内在马来西亚工作不超过60天的就业收入。
- 退休酬金，如果退休是：
- 由于健康状况不佳
- 在同一雇主工作至少10年，并且：
- 55岁以后;或
- 达到法定退休年龄;或
- 根据雇佣合同/集体协议年龄在50至55岁之间。
- 因健康不佳而失业的补偿。
- 失业或限制性契约的赔偿，每整年RM10，000的赔偿。
